A limited number of support money in a form of travel grants will be available. These grants are mainly for students or young scientists from developing countries and students from developed countries and for a small number of senior scientists from developing countries. Since the number of travel grants depend on contributions to the Conference, this support may cover only partial travel costs. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to seek at least some support from their sponsoring organizations.
To apply for a travel grant, please supply the following information:
- Short summary of the paper to be submitted
- For students, a letter of recommendation from the advisor
- A short CV
- Expected travel expenses (airfare, hotel, per diem, registration fee) and expenses that will/may be covered by the home institution. Please indicate the arrival and departure dates.
The deadline of the travel grant application is May 18, 2012.
